USA Today recently reported that Denver and the Midwest are emerging as new hubs for tech workers. Andy Puch, who moved to Colorado from Manhattan last year to become the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Healthgrades, understands why. He moved to Denver for a lifestyle change but didn’t want to give up working in a forward-thinking tech community. ColoradoBiz Magazine profiled Puch, sharing his motivations for moving to the Mile High City and offering insight on why people are settling in Colorado for more than the mountains.

In April, Healthgrades teamed with Denver’s most recognized technology companies to form the Colorado Technology Recruiting Coalition (CTRC). The Coalition promotes Colorado as one of the country’s fastest-growing tech hubs and recruits world-class tech talent. Its “Pivot to Colorado” website showcases Colorado’s vibrant tech ecosystem and dynamic opportunities available for talented engineers, product developers and tech leaders. Throughout 2018, the campaign will elevate awareness of Colorado’s thriving tech scene and connect tech talent with job opportunities at the coalition’s charter members.
